Hello, friendly watchers. I come bearing great news - I'm leaving! For good!

So if you took notice of the title, then I'm assuming that you care about my "art" (cartoons, etc.) and would like to know what's going on. Well, after a number of events, I've decided that it would be best that I don't visit here anymore. It's been a great time meeting all of you and this does not have to be the end of our contact! But we'll get to all that. I don't really have a very specific explanation to give, but to be frank - I hate this place. I hate this website. You guys are exceptions to the community at large that it houses. I have seen some of the most jacked up stuff I have ever laid eyes on through this site and I don't think that it is healthy. Generally, I keep my viewing to people I watch and I don't even /touch/ the main site's page. That said, I can't escape even through that anymore, so I am leaving.

Now for the good news! I like you guys! A lot! So you should keep in touch! :3 There are a variety of ways to do this, of course. I'm on Steam - look for Claustabilities or, if you're reading this post-Christmas 2011, Frostabilities. That is my most preferred method of contact because, well, it's Steam. If you own a computer, like video games and don't have Steam, something is wrong with you. So go ahead and make that and find me. Yeah, so... you may have noticed that I haven't been submitting anything to my gallery lately. That's because... there's not much to submit. :I With school around there just hasn't been a lot of time for stuff and things. Heck, I haven't been able to focus on personal hygiene much less whether there's anything I could draw. So this is mostly just to say "I'm alive and stuff" if you care about that sorta thing, so here it is. Hope all is well... all.

Hey guys. I have a question - do you know any good coloring tutorials for digital programs? I... I feel like my pieces would be much improved if I knew how to properly color/do line-art and inking. The tools at my disposal are a lightbox, a little digital tablet (not a screen, just a flat motion-sensitive surface with a pen), and GIMP 2.0. I would really, really appreciate it if you guys could throw anything out there. If you yourself have tips, go ahead and throw 'em at me because I need all the help I can get. If you think my coloring is fine, I'm flattered but you clearly aren't looking at my pieces very carefully. LOL Thanks a toooon.

This may be a bit short notice for good artists, but I was wondering if you guys wanted to do another kiriban for the 11,000 mark. It's only a little under a hundred views away, so I wanted to post this as soon as possible. We actually had somebody catch the 10,000th view last time and I thought you guys might wanna try again. Anyway, collegeland is going well so far. Not much difficulty with my classes, lifestyle, etc. I'm trying to get more involved around campus this year, so I won't have a lot of time for drawing for fun. I'm taking an art class at the moment, as I've mentioned, and will be devoting all creative power to that for maximized results. I'll be sure to post some of my work from that on here sometime.

Would you guys PLEASE yell at me for not working on the Bus Stop Kids book? I'm still only done with re-drawing 6 of the comics. Geez.
